Worst experience No welcome drink Have taken cash aqua room ..room r decent but no wifi no cable tv Also there is hardly any network in room Pool water is super unhygienic Thank God it's just one day stay else my wife and daughter would have killed me.for.selecting such hotel

A good-looking property that is crying out for better maintenance and quality of food. We booked the poolside room, but were not convinced about the hygiene of the water enough to venture into it. In the evening, there was loud music around the pool area with a sizeable number of people in the pool. So maybe it's not that big an issue. There is also a small garden around the place, that again, could have been better maintained. The absolute low-point about this place was the food. Almost everything we ate here was below acceptable quality for us. The staff and the service were friendly and doing their best - but the food itself was not up to the mark. The property has good potential but seems to be let down by a casual attitude towards quality. Whatever is good is because of the individual efforts of the staff.

Waste of Money - Unprofessional Staff 1.) I have booked a stay at this property for one night with Cab pickup from Jetty Point. Then I dropped a reminder email just one day before the day of check In, and then got a call from the Manager to work with Transport Team. Then I called Vishal to align regarding the timings and shared my ferry timings with them. At the time of reaching their, the driver didn't came and Vishal keep on asking me he should be standing their, please look for him. Driver phone was switched off and he stopped responding. Then I have to ask someone else to drop me. 2.) After reaching the hotel, I requested a refund of Rs 500 that I had paid to the hotel while booking this cab service, but the manager denied and said this is out of their area. 3.) Regarding Food - I ordered Veg Cheese Sandwich which was highly overpriced and not at all worth. It was over grilled and hence waste of money. 4.) Service - The service of the staff is not at all good. I stayed at this property last year under the presence of Mr John who is a very good host. But now it's changed. So I would not recommend this property to anyone. Sea Shell is better now a days. Try booking that.

We had the aqua rooms, which I loved. yes, it does hit your privacy a little but we were ready to compromise on that as we had direct access to the pool. While their private beach is on the other side of the road and its not really a beach but none the less a pretty site. But dnt expect you would be swimming in the beach. Rooms were clean, food was decent. I liked my stay here.

Overall very bad. Worst resort in Neil Island. But staffs are very polite and cordial also very prompt and helpful. . Food price is exorbitantly very high. Breakfast buffet is average. But the main issue is maintenance. Poor maintenance. Not worth to spend this amount.
